{"id":1127,"date":"2008-06-21T20:29:38","date_gmt":"2008-06-22T01:29:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kattywilly.com\/blog\/?p=1127"},"modified":"2008-07-11T18:56:31","modified_gmt":"2008-07-11T23:56:31","slug":"bells-bears-and-fishermen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.kattywilly.com\/blog\/?p=1127","title":{"rendered":"Bells, Bears and Fishermen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today Lindsey mentioned a concert on the NPR website with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/templates\/story\/story.php?storyId=91702246&amp;sc=emaf\">Carly Simon and Yael Naim<\/a>.\u00a0 She said she had a connection with Carly Simon, and when I asked about it she reminded me that when she was a toddler she would listen to a cassette tape when she was going to sleep at night.\u00a0 It was Carly Simon reading a couple of her children&#8217;s books, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Amy-Dancing-Bear-Carly-Simon\/dp\/0385266375\">Amy the Dancing Bear,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Boy-Bells-Carly-Simon\/dp\/0385415877\">The Boy of the Bells<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Fishermans-Song-Carly-Simon\/dp\/0385419570\">The Fisherman&#8217;s Song<\/a>. I had forgotten about that until she reminded me.
