Last night I had a message on the machine from Laura Bush.
\nPreviously I had one from Dubya himself. They are really,
\nreally, anxious for Floridians to request absentee ballots and to vote
\nearly. I mean REALLY, REALLY! A few months ago the mailings
\nstarted recommending that we all request absentee ballots. Just
\ngot one yesterday from Bill Young telling me how important it is to
\nvote early. What’s up with that? Are they afraid of
\nsomething? What’s wrong with voting on election day using the new
