Robert<\/a> not <a href=\"http:\/\/live.curry.com\">Adam<\/a> talks about an interesting cross Atlantic music creation project.<\/p>\n<p>Another interesting project like this is &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.subpop.com\/bands\/postalservice\/bio.php\">The Postal Service<\/a>&#8221; with a US<br \/>\n&#8211; Pacific Northwest \/ Southern California long distance collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;In December 2001, Gibbard started receiving CD-Rs from Tamborello<br \/>\nfilled with beatsy electronic music, which he manipulated in his<br \/>\ncomputer before writing melodies and lyrics and recording vocals. He<br \/>\nalso added some guitar, drums and keyboards &#8211; much of which was<br \/>\nrecorded by Death Cab guitarist Chris Walla at his Hall of Justice<br \/>\nstudio &#8211; and then sent the demo back to L.A.
