{"id":947,"date":"2005-12-28T13:49:57","date_gmt":"2005-12-28T20:49:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kattywilly.com\/blog\/?p=947"},"modified":"2005-12-28T13:49:57","modified_gmt":"2005-12-28T20:49:57","slug":"over-at-heathervescent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.kattywilly.com\/blog\/?p=947","title":{"rendered":"Over at Heathervescent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over at <a \nhref=\"http:\/\/heathervescent.blogs.com\/heathervescent\/2005\/12\/taking_money_ou.html\">Heathervescent<\/a><br \/>\nshe is asking &#8220;If money was not an issue, what kind of life would you<br \/>\nlead?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I have been thinking about this for the past few years.  In my case<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve been trying to figure out how much money it would take for money<br \/>\nnot to be an issue.  That is I&#8217;ve been hoping to change my life so<br \/>\nthat I could spend as much time as possible with my girls.<\/p>\n<p>I guess in the best case scenario I would still work, but for the<br \/>\nschool system so I would have the same schedule as my kids.  I would<br \/>\nbe on vacation when they are so they would be sitting at home during<br \/>\nthe winter break while I&#8217;m here at work wishing I was at home, or even<br \/>\nbetter that the girls and I were off on vacation somewhere.  Maybe<br \/>\nvisiting relatives, or seeing the country.<\/p>\n<p>And then there is trying to make sure that they will have all the<br \/>\nopportunities for college that they have worked so hard at in<br \/>\nelementary and middle school.<\/p>\n<p>And having a comfortable home to raise the girls in.  We already have<br \/>\nthat I think, it&#8217;s just a matter of maintaining it at this point.<\/p>\n<p>So I would lead the same kind of life at least in the short term but<br \/>\nwith more time for me to spend with the girls.
