Here are the Shrooms I cooked. I cheated and bought some Lobster Cakes and used them to stuff my mushrooms.  I topped them with some Parrano cheeese.  They were still yummy.

Here are some yummy looking stuffed mushrooms that I didn’t cook. My friend Peggy who used to cook frozen dinners almost exclusively seems to have acquired some culinary skills.
