A quick medical update. I’ve taken day one of my Z-Pack. I really like the short run, you only take it for 5 days. I have a much better chance of remembering to take it for 5 days. I just did my new nasal spray. It tastes so horrible that there are detailed instructions on how to administer it so it doesn’t run down into your throat. All I have left is the cough medicine, with codeine. I have waited to take that as I plan on going to sleep soon afterwards. I didn’t want to take it earlier for fear I’d burn dinner. The only symptom I haven’t covered is the fact that my head and shoulders are so stiff and sore and every time I cough it feels like the back of my head is going to blow off. With all the other pharmaceuticals I’ve got in me I’m afraid to take my Extra Strength Excedrin.
